The Community House in Birmingham and The Community House Foundation board of directors is hosting the fifth annual Bates Street Society Dinner.
The black tie event inducts into the society individuals who make significant charitable contributions to support the work and mission of The Community House. The dinner also recognizes The Community House’s Pillars of Vibrancy honorees for their work and contributions in education, culture, wellness, business, and philanthropy.
The organization is introducing the President’s Community Leadership Award for those who demonstrate dedication, integrity, and service to the community. The award is chosen and presented each year by the president and CEO of The Community House and The Community House Foundation.
Huel Perkins, broadcaster and FOX 2 News anchor, will serve as master of ceremonies for the event, which includes a seated three-course dinner, wine and cocktails, live entertainment, and the awards celebration.
