The Xavier DeGroat Autism Foundation is an organization that seeks to create and promote opportunities for people with autism through advocacy, education, economic opportunities, and humanitarian efforts. The XDAF advocates for civil and human right for those with autism, along with increased employment and compensation, quality education programs, and helps search for ways to make health care insurance more available to those with autism and their families. It also provides career resources and encourages business leaders to develop employment programs for those on the spectrum.
