World Week of Italian Cuisine 2021 – Detroit

The Consulate of Italy in Detroit presented the sixth annual World Week of Italian Cuisine, with Detroit’s event taking place Monday, Nov. 15, at Carmela’s Culinary Center in Fraser. Chef Mark Camaj of Carmella’s, Chef Anthony Lombardo of SheWolf, Chef James Rigato of Mabel Gray, and Chef John Vermiglio of Grey Ghost prepared and served Italian dishes focused on sustainability and elegance.
