The Urban Peers Learning Integrity for Tomorrow (UPLIFT) program, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was started in Detroit in 2012 with the mission to empower youth and families into positive individuals for their communities while providing them with better opportunities and building healthy relationships. It strives to foster strong and healthy relationships by providing educational and social support, mentorship, and resources for those in need. The organization believes that by investing in the lives of youth, it can create a brighter tomorrow for generations to come.
