The Art Experience is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization community art and art therapy studio in Pontiac that exists to improve lives through the arts. The organization does this by inviting people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels to participate in classes, events, therapeutic practices, and studio time. Group members believe art is for everyone, and everyone is an artist. The Art Experience has a supportive environment and allowing community need to shape its programming. It offers specialized programs for individuals with special needs, inclusive community programs, an outdoor festival called Art Fish Fun and much more.
