Team Continue Foundation was established in 2021 in Shelby Township to support families of adolescents and young adults who have been treated for suicide attempts or ideation. The foundation provides financial support for outpatient treatment and care based on referrals from local mental health professionals. The program provides a lifeline for individuals and families in crisis, victims of crime, persons with mental illness, people trying to cope with critical situations, and runaway and homeless youths. The period between in-patient care and effective out-patient treatment solutions is extremely critical to the families trying to overcome the many challenges this period presents.
