Since 2019, Stonewall Sports Detroit has been the Detroit chapter of Stonewall Sports, a national nonprofit organization promoting community and philanthropy through LGBTQ+ sports leagues. It offers offer a fun, safe, and inclusive sports environment for all LGBTQ+ people and allies while also giving back to its community. League officials say they value each player for who they are and what they bring to the community. Among the activities offered are billiards, bowling, cornhole, kickball, pickleball, and volleyball.
