SPN Survivors in Livonia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that participates in comic-, pop culture-, and fandom-themed events that start conversations about mental health and shine a spotlight on available resources. The group engages and equips communities to strengthen mental health and prevent suicide among teens and young adults. SPN Survivors provides battle buddies, comfort kits, classes, and seminars that focus on how to “Build a Foundation that Supports a Healthy You” at home, at work, at school, and at play. The group has shipped its battle buddies and other products that support healthy coping skills to all 50 states and 23 different countries. Its vision is to see fewer teens and young adults in crisis.
