Spirit of Frida Awards 2018
On May 17, Comerica Bank and Mi Gente magazine hosted the annual Spirit of Frida Awards at the Tiger Den at Comerica Park in Detroit. Close to 200 people enjoyed a cocktail reception, a dinner buffet featuring Mexican cuisine, and an awards program that honored six female business and political leaders who exemplify the spirit of artist Frida Kahlo.
