She Has Everything (S.H.E.) in Detroit is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit providing therapeutic services for women and girls. Some of the group’s services include yoga, meditation, art therapy, sound baths, journaling, trauma healing, nature-based learning, skill set workshops, helping find resources, advocacy, hygiene, doula services for new and expecting mothers, and more to help contribute to brighter futures in our community. Its Girlz Empowered group is for girls between the ages of seven and 17. Youth are provided services meant to support their growth and development. Its family program, Lifting Up Families Effectively (L.U.F.E.), provides support to the whole family.
