The Rocket Community Fund, a philanthropic branch of the Rock Family of Cos., works to support inclusive, thriving communities by making data-driven investments in housing, employment, and public life. It works to help individuals find safe and affordable housing and build wealth through homeownership; creates pathways to employment and economic mobility through investments in education, job training, and entrepreneurship; and helps increase access to safe, inclusive public spaces and events. In 2010, Quicken Loans, the company’s mortgage lending division, moved its headquarters and 3,600 team members into downtown Detroit from the suburbs. Since then, the Rock Family of Cos. has grown to include more than 18,000 team members in Detroit. It also has offices in Cleveland, Charlotte, and Phoenix.
