The Prevention Network is an organization that provides technical assistance, on-site consultation, resources, and training on substance abuse prevention to all 83 Michigan counties. The organization works with community groups, faith communities, parent groups, youth groups, professional organizations, and more to implement grassroots programs that work with individuals to foster an understanding of the risks related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD) abuse. Partners include the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability — Office of Recovery-oriented Systems of Care, the Mid-State Health Network, and the Lakeshore Regional Entity.
