Inaugural DBusiness Top Corporate Culture Awards

DBusiness magazine hosted its inaugural Top Corporate Culture Awards on Thursday, March 4, at The Daxton Hotel in Birmingham. The sold-out event featured a strolling breakfast and networking before a keynote speech by innovation expert and award-winning author Josh Linkner, and an awards ceremony celebrating small and medium/large companies in a variety of workplace culture categories. Awards were given in the categories of diversity and inclusion, workspace décor and amenities, compensation and benefits, career advancement, gratitude, teamwork, workplace flexibility, workplace leadership, community engagement, an overall champion, and a mentorship champion.
