Based in Ann Arbor, Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley engages neighbors to build better neighborhoods through volunteer, donation, partnership, and ReStore efforts. To date, HHHV has built or renovated more than 275 homes, completed 9,000-plus home improvement projects, provided 6,500 energy-efficient appliance replacements, and hosted 190 exterior home improvement, neighborhood beautification, and community events in Washtenaw County. In addition to its work in Washtenaw County, HHHV builds a house overseas, mainly in Haiti or Guatemala, for every house locally built or renovated. Overall, the organization has provided more than $800,000 in overseas work.
