Forgotten Harvest Comedy Night 2022

Forgotten Harvest hosted its 29th annual Comedy Night on Friday, April 29, at the Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit, which included a pre-VIP party at the nearby Colony Club. The event raised funds for the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oak Park, which delivers 144,000 pounds of surplus food daily to local charities that otherwise would have gone to waste. This year’s event featured Seth Meyers, the Emmy Award-winning host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and former host of the Weekend Update segment on “Saturday Night Live.” There also was an auction featuring prizes like a night out in Detroit, one loaf of sourdough bread and one bag of Astro coffee each month from Ochre Bakery, and much more. // Photographs by Christine MJ Hathaway
