Five Points of Hope is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Milford dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing financial difficulties while dealing with a diagnosis of cancer. The group hosts the “Night to Remember,” “Family Fued for Hope,” “Euchre for Hope,” and “Golf for Hope” annually, with all proceeds allocated to the group’s cancer care fund. It also encourages licensed social workers to contact the organization on behalf of a diagnosed individual to request a grant that will assist with expenses. It partners with Amazon Smile and Kroger, both of which provide a portion of any purchase made using the group’s Smile link or Kroger Card to the cancer care fund.
