DSMA Tablegate Media Luncheon 2024
The Detroit Sports Media Association hosted its 16th annual Tablegate Media Luncheon on Oct. 23 at the Kingsley Hotel in Bloomfield Hills. The event previewed Saturday’s intrastate rivalry football game between the University of Michigan Wolverines and the Michigan State University Spartans. Among the special guests from both schools was “Paul Bunyan,” who kicked off the celebration by cutting a cake with his axe. The luncheon, which benefits DSMA’s journalism scholarship program, included door prizes, a 50-50 raffle, and a silent auction. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
