The DIA held a reception to celebrate the naming of a gallery of contemporary African-American art after Maureen and Roy S. Roberts, who is a former group vice president of General Motors.  The couple’s gift totaled more than $1 million. 100 people were in attendance for the event, which included speeches and a tour of the gallery.
