DBusiness Breakfast Series: Going Public

On Tuesday, Nov., 16, the DBusiness Breakfast Series conducted at The Icon, a Class A office property along Detroit’s east riverfront, centered on Michigan companies that have been taken public and the unique challenges they faced in the lead up to a stock offering. Attendees enjoyed a strolling breakfast and networking before a panel discussion that featured four panelists — Tony Colucci, CFO at Alta Equipment Group in Livonia; Alex Elezaj, CSO at United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac; Jim Taylor, CEO and founder of Electric Last Miles Solutions in Troy; and Fred Turcotte, CFO of Hagerty Group in Traverse City.
