DBusiness Breakfast Series — 2022 Commercial Development Forecast

The DBusiness Breakfast Series hosted a panel discussion on the outlook for commercial real estate development in 2022 on Tuesday, April 5, at the Gem Theatre in downtown Detroit. The event featured breakfast and networking before the panel discussion moderated by Eric B. Larson, CEO of the Downtown Detroit Partnership. Panelists included Michele Wildman, senior vice president for community development of Michigan Economic Development Corp; Todd Sachse, CEO of Sachse Construction; and Jared Friedman, senior managing director of Friedman Real Estate.
