Covenant House Michigan in Detroit was founded in 1997 to provide young adults (ages 18-24) facing homelessness with shelter, educational, and vocational programs. Its doors are open 24/7 in Detroit and Grand Rapids, with programs designed to empower young people to rise and overcome adversity. Programs include street outreach, Rights of Passage, Total Me, the Caritas Crisis Center, the Employment Center, and others focusing on health and well-being.
