Checkered Flag Ball 2022

The Checkered Flag Challenge Foundation (CFCF), the nonprofit arm of M1 Concourse in Pontiac, hosted the second annual Checkered Flag Ball on Saturday, Oct. 1, at the private garage and racetrack. Funds from the event will benefit M1 Mobility, a collaborative initiative between CFCF and the Pontiac Community Foundation. The initiative provides multi-tier transportation solutions for Pontiac residents to attend community programs and receive services. More than 300 guests enjoyed cuisine curated by chef Zack Sklar of Cutting Edge Cuisine, wine and spirits, live music by Alan Turner and the Steel Horse Band, and an afterparty overlooking the performance track.
