CFA Society Detroit Private Markets Panel Luncheon

The CFA Society Detroit sponsored a private markets panel discussion at its April 20 luncheon at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. The topic was how institutional investors are continuing to look to private markets to help drive returns and diversify their portfolios, and how investors also look for private markets to counterbalance the effects of inflation, rising interest rates, and volatile markets. The moderator was Andrew Stewart, chief investment officer at Exchange Capital. The speakers were Andrew Dickow, managing director, Greenwich Capital Group and Townsend Street Capital; Leah Ierardi, associate, Huron Capital; Chris Rizik, founder and CEO, Renaissance Venture Capital; and Shana Weiss, vice president, Bloomfield Capital.
