Bates Street Society Dinner

The Bates Street Society Dinner took place Feb. 10 at The Community House in Birmingham. The society was created in 2015 to recognize donors who make significant charitable contributions to support the work and mission of The Community House. Members are acknowledged annually at the dinner by The Community House Association and Foundation boards of directors. The black-tie Bates Street Society Dinner also recognizes The Community House’s annual “pillars of vibrancy” — business, education, culture, health and wellness, and philanthropy. This year’s dinner was hosted by Huel Perkins, and honorees included Michael Bickers, Dr. Perry Greene, Paul Gross, Diana Lewis, Glenda Lewis, Dr. Charles Main, Salvador Salort-Pons, Michelle Saroki, and the late Florine Mark. Sponsors included PNC Bank, Corewell Health, Cranbrook, Metalbuilt, Deroy & Devereaux, Emerson-Prew, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Network of Michigan, Oakland University, and Clark Hill. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
