Atlantic Impact of Detroit, a 501(c)3 organization, specializes in workforce development, globally immersive travel for students, and peer support. It designs experiences that span neighborhood boundaries and deepen students’ networks. Atlantic Impact provides college and career readiness training to Detroit youth aged 16 to 24. To better serve and prepare their students, the program is broken into three separate programs: Our Town (career readiness), Our World (college readiness), and Our Future (peer support).
