Alternatives for Girls Role Model Celebration 2022

Alternatives for Girls, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Detroit, hosted its annual Role Model Celebration on Wednesday, March 30 at MGM Grand Detroit. The event raised more than $325,000 to support the organization’s mission of helping homeless and high-risk girls and young women avoid violence, teen pregnancy, and exploitation, and help them to explore and access support. Alma Crossley of General Motors Co., Sabrina Galloway of Galloway Group, Dr. Gwendolyn Parker of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Kim Ray of Ford Motor Credit Co. were the 2022 honorees.
