Joscelyn has more than 25 years of proven success in developing strong leaders, building high-performance teams, and facilitating cultural change in organizations within the private, public and non-profit sectors. Davis is the founder of Mentoring Leaders℠ and Mentoring Trailblazers℠, the architect of the JSI Opportunity Survey™, an Inforum Michigan-certified executive leadership coach, and holds an international certification in Personality Dimensions. She currently serves as Chair of the Board for the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Rochester Christian University

Dr. Remy Bruder has been an active registered nurse for 30 years and has worked in higher education for more than 23 years. In her primary role as Rochester University’s Chief Academic Officer, she oversees the development and implementation of educational programs and policies. Throughout her career, Remy has been active on many national and state boards, including serving as a content expert and on a passing standard setting panel of the nursing licensure exam (NCLEX-RN) administered by the NCSBN. Remy was selected as a fellow of the American Nurses Advocacy Institute by the American Nurses Association and has been recognized in OU’s Pulse Magazine as a transformational leader.

Nicole Logan
Director – Human Resources, FANUC America Corporation
With over 20 years of experience and a Master of Science in Administration, Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the panel. As the Human Resources Director for FANUC America Corporation, she leads a team dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business success. Nicole proudly co-founded FANUC America’s first Women’s Resource Group to foster an inclusive workplace that supports women in their careers.

Dana Schmidt
President, United Shore Professional Baseball League
Dana L. Schmitt, President of the United Shore Professional Baseball League, is a talented executive and attorney with more than 25 years of experience in operating entrepreneurial business ventures and in the practice of law. With a proven track record of success in the athletics and legal field, Dana has helped launch the United Shore Professional Baseball League at Jimmy Johns Field and served as counsel in multiple athletic legal cases, including the 2003 launch and operation of a national synthetic turf and sports venue construction company called General Sports Venue and the January 2008 acquisition of the Derby County Football Club. Her passion to serve the community led her to play an integral role in the establishment of the General Sports Foundation, a Michigan 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entity that launched Suite Dream Project. Dana was selected as one of Detroit’s “40 Under 40” by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2005 and is a member of the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame Election Task Force Committee.
