7th Annual State Bar of Michigan Business Law Symposium – “Mediation Mastery”

The 7th Annual Business Law Symposium is bringing together a collective of “masters” in negotiation practice and method for the aptly entitled program, “Mediation Mastery.” This year’s program brings together some of the top professional negotiators in the business, to wit: Megan Bonanni, Professor Charles “Chip” Brower, Thomas Cranmer, Maxwell Goss, Dan McCarthy, Tom McNeill, E. Powell Miller, Retired Judge Denise Langford Morris, Retired Judge Julie Nicholson (Ret.), Jerome Rock, Ilan Scharf, Powell Miller, Mark Rossman, and others. The program format will include individual presentations, moderated panel, and moderated discussion, in addition to audience participation and Q&A.
The Symposium is presented in partnership with the Wayne State University Law School Journal of Business Law and produced by the Privately Held Businesses Forum, a committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. The Forum is co-chaired by E. Powell Miller (The Miller Law Firm, P.C.) and Mark C. Rossman (Rossman, P.C.).
