44th Annual Salute to Distinguished Warriors Dinner

The 2023 Distinguished Warriors celebration will be held at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center starting with a VIP reception at 5:30 p.m. The dinner and program will begin at 6:30 p.m. We are pleased to share that our 2023 Distinguished Warriors honorees are: the Honorable Brenda Lawrence, Retired United States Congresswoman, Shirley Stancato, Vice Chair Board of Governors Wayne State University Governor and Retired President & CEO New Detroit, Inc., David Hecker, President & CEO of American Federation of Teachers – Michigan, Rory Gamble, Retired UAW President, and Monica L. Martinez, Posthumously, former Senior Vice President of National Community Affairs for Comerica Bank.
Television station WJBK Fox 2 will serve as our 2023 media partner.
