    Unlike so many hotel restaurants that just go through the motions for their somewhat captive audience, the Parkway works at being a fine place to eat, as illustrated by the Napoleon of tricolor tomatoes and fresh mozzarella; lobster corn chowder, with hints of cognac and sage; rack of lamb with a mustard, mint and rosemary crust; salmon with Gorgonzola cream. Lovely desserts as well. B, L & D daily.
