Profile
When Charles E. Rogers built his Greek Revival house in 1930, he couldn’t have imagined that one day it would have a sushi bar or tatami rooms for traditional Japanese dining. But here it is, with an array of Japanese dishes from surf clam, salmon roe, mackerel and river eel from the sushi bar, to such entrees as teriyaki beef or salmon, and shrimp and vegetable tempuras. Filet mignon and rack of lamb and some traditional seafood dishes for those who want Western fare in the evening are also available. At weekday lunch, the menu is Japanese, with attractive bento box offerings a highlight. L & D Mon.-Fri. D Sat.-Sun.
