Finely crafted beers made on-site are the focal point. The menu at each member of the brewery triplet is slightly different. Commendable fish and chips are here, as are the wonderfully spicy Louisiana jambalaya, shepherd’s pie, clam chowder in a bread bowl, blackened catfish, brick-oven pizzas, nachos, and Detroit beer cheese soup.
