What a chain trying to be everything to everyone could be – if they tried really hard. A closer look at the seemingly too large menu reveals locally sourced and scratch-made dishes. This “Michigan-centric” chain (Chesterfield Township, Grand Rapids, and Belleville) has nice takes on classic fare, with mac & cheese variations and burgers to steaks with bourbon cream or “zip” sauce. There’s also Michigan beer, wine, and liquor – plus Faygo floats. L & D daily.
