Wixom’s Youngsoft Inc. has acquired a majority stake in India’s ABSYZ Software Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to fortify its consulting and project delivery capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Youngsoft is a technology solutions company that has delivered services to clients across the U.S. for more than 23 years. The company says this addition will address the surging customer demand for project and solutions expertise in salesforce consulting, architecture, development, and administration of the Salesforce app-building platform.
ABSYZ was established in 2011 and has supported client engagements in Asia, Europe, and North America, with more than 130 employees worldwide, holding 159 Salesforce certifications, and having completed more than 100 Salesforce projects.
