Following its merger earlier this year with Southgate-based Hungerford and Co., Saginaw-based Yeo & Yeo — a certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices throughout Michigan — has expanded and has relocated its Ann Arbor office to accommodate the firm’s growth.

“The decision to merge the offices enables us to more efficiently offer additional services and expertise to our clients while continuing to provide the high level of quality and service they have come to expect from us,” says Michael Georges, principal of Yeo & Yeo. “It also creates additional growth opportunities for our employees.”

The firm’s Southgate office will remain open as a satellite location, most of the employees will make the move about a mile away to the new 10,000-square-foot facility at 1450 Eisenhower Place.

The integration of the two offices makes the Ann Arbor office the firm’s second largest location, providing clients in Washtenaw, Wayne, Macomb and surrounding counties with audit, tax, accounting, financial, and advisory services. The office, more than double the size of its former location, features a privacy hub, a collaboration room, an exercise room, and a café that also offers lounge areas for informal employee and client meetings.

“The expansion allows the firm to have a more distinct presence in Ann Arbor,” says Thomas E. Hollerback, president and CEO of Yeo & Yeo. “We are excited to serve our clients in this new location.”

The merger is expected to add approximately $2.4 million in revenue to Yeo & Yeo, which earned more than $30 million last year.

“We are now better positioned to improve our expansion initiatives, continue our niche growth interests, and accommodate new partnerships in southeast Michigan,” says Thomas O’Sullivan, managing principal of the Ann Arbor office.
