Wing Snob, the Warren-based fast casual chicken wing restaurant concept, is launching a new app and customer rewards program called Snob Perks, which will allow guests to accumulate perks, place orders, redeem loyalty points, and share rewards with other users.
Developed by Appfront in Boston, a loyalty program developer and app designer with a focus in the hospitality industry, Snob Perks seeks to reward frequent diners from the very first time they interact with the app.
“The new Snob Perks app is going to help Wing Snob fans take full advantage of the perks and promotions that we have to offer,” says Jack Mashini and Brian Shunia, founders of Wing Snob.
The app’s dashboard tracks user visits and points, allowing for ease of ordering and reordering through a user-friendly layout that is easily navigable. It also links to Wing Snob’s various social media platforms. Users who had previously signed up for Wing Snob’s perks and mailing list have been automatically transferred over to the new system.
The rollout of the new app and perks program coincides with promotions and offers for National Chicken Wing Day on Friday, July 29, that will be offered for redemption via the new app, allowing new customers and returning patrons the opportunity to try Wing Snob’s fresh chicken and fries.
Some of the restaurants sauce offerings include Chicken and Waffles, Lemon Pepper, Awesome Sauce, Snobby Q, Jamaican Jerk, Mango Habanero, and more.
The Wing Snob app is free and available now to download from either the Apple App store or Google Play Store.
