Three new restaurants are opening this spring at The Village of Rochester Hills shopping mall. They are The Jackson, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, and Pokeworks.

Each restaurant seeks to bring their unique menus to the shopping center located at 104 N. Adams Rd., at the corner of Walton and Adams roads in Rochester Hills, says Margaux Keusch, senior director of leasing for The Village of Rochester Hills.

“We understand that our guests come to The Village of Rochester Hills for a variety of reasons,” says Keusch. “They may come to enjoy a day of shopping and pampering themselves at our retail mix that includes over 50 stores, to experience one of our many outdoor family-friendly events, or they may be looking to celebrate a special occasion with dinner and drinks.”

The Jackson is owned by Michigan natives Justin Vaiciunas and Michael Mauro. Vaiciunas, a native of Rochester Hills, will create a menu focusing on artistic presentation, seasonality, and local sourcing.

Mauro, a native of East Lansing, will provide guests with a selection of new and old-world wines as well as cocktails. With its approach and attention to detail, The Jackson aims to become a culinary destination that reflects a commitment to culinary and artistic excellence.
