The Village of Rochester Hills has announced new retailers set to open in the 375,000-square-foot open-air mall this spring and beyond.
“We are extremely proud of our leasing momentum during this challenging time and remain focused on ensuring a unique, enjoyable shopping experience for our community” says Margaux Keusch, senior director of leasing for Robert B. Aikens and Associates, which is based in Birmingham and is the developer of the property. “From familiar brand favorites, first-to-market specialty retailers, to locally owned boutiques, leasing is at the heart of everything we do as we continue to add to the merchandise mix.”
Robert Redford’s Sundance Catalog is slated to open in May. The company was founded in 1989 by Redford, an actor, director, and independent filmmaker, to promote the work of artists and craftspeople. It will offer men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry, footwear, accessories, and home décor.
Beautiphi Aesthetics and Wellness is expected to open in April. The company was founded by two local women entrepreneurs — Kelly Hermans, a certified nurse anesthetist who specializes in nonsurgical facial and body rejuvenation, and Jackie Giroux, a health and wellness advocate and certified public accountant. The company’s mission is to help their clients feel their best, and the facility will offer wellness technology, nonsurgical treatments, and specialized techniques.
Busted Bra Shop will also open in April. The store was founded by entrepreneur and U.S. veteran Lee Padgett and offers specialized, custom fit, and inclusive lingerie that carries intimate apparel in size AA-cup to O-cup with band sizing from 28 to 56 inches. The store aims for a comfortable environment that helps customers feel at ease, and fitters have been professionally trained. The shop offers everyday undergarments, hosiery, sports bras, and nursing bras.
YogaSix will open in July and is a national boutique yoga studio. It will offer a range of yoga and fitness classes.
Von Maur is slated to open in Spring 2022, and the von Maur family opened its first store in the Midwest in the late 1800s. Today, Von Maur has locations in 15 states. It offers name-brand merchandise and strives for attractive store design and amenities that enhance the customer experience.
The Village of Rochester Hills is located at the intersection of Walton and Adams at 104 N. Adams Road. The property welcomed Dry Goods, Light and Loom, Lovesac, and Rebeccas Ladies Fashions and Accessories in 2020.
