Troy-based Rehmann, a financial services firm, has partnered with QuadWest Associates, also of Troy, to provide clients with access to a broader suite of human resources solutions. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“This is a win-win for both firms as we are poised now, more than ever before, to provide the services that our clients need to succeed,” says Randy Rupp, CEO of Rehmann, which has nearly 900 employees in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.
QuadWest, founded in 2004, provides human resources outsourcing, employee relations, policy development, risk management, and strategic planning. Its team of five people will join Rehmann. The portfolio will grow with Rehmann’s accounting, wealth management, technology, and consulting offerings.

West will become a principal in the firm’s human resource solutions department.
QuadWest will join Rehmann’s office at 1500 W. Big Beaver Rd.
