Troy’s Rehmann, a fully integrated financial services firm of certified public accountants and consultants, wealth advisers, and corporate investigators, Thursday announced it has entered a business combination with Troy-based Desmon and Creighton effective Dec. 1.
“We are pleased to announce our combination with D&C, as it will have a positive impact on our service capabilities and bring a talented team to help grow our combined organization,” says Randy Rupp, CEO of Rehmann. “At the same time, D&C’s dealership knowledge will enhance our already robust automotive practice by bringing more solutions to auto dealerships.”
D&C provides tax, consulting, and accounting services primarily to automobile dealerships. Its portfolio is set to grow with Rehmann’s accounting and specialty services as well as its wealth management, technology, and corporate investigation offerings.

D&C associates will join Rehmann’s Troy office. D&C was founded in 1978.
Rehmann has nearly 900 associates in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.
