Topgolf, a Dallas-based global sports and entertainment community that pioneered a technology to make golf more fun and engaging, Monday announced it will open its 51st location in winter 2018 next to Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills.
The new 65,000-square-foot location is at 500 Great Lakes Crossing Drive. About 500 new job openings have been posted for the new location, including servers, bartenders, kitchen, maintenance, guest services staff, and others.

Whether it’s hot, cold, or somewhere in between, guests will always be able to have a great time in our climate-controlled bays throughout the year.”
Topgolf offers food, beverages, and music, as well as competitions for golfers of all levels. Guests can enjoy point-scoring golf games using microchipped balls that instantly score themselves, showing players the accuracy and distance of their shots on a TV screen in their hitting bay.
Topgolf venues feature a chef-driven menu, top-shelf drinks, big screen TVs, and private event spaces in climate-controlled hitting bays for all-seasons comfort. Year-round programming includes events for kids, families, social leagues, groups, and golf tournaments, as well as instruction.
Recruitment events for the new job will take place offsite, and applicants will be notified of locations. Hired associates will receive free Topgolf game play, food, and beverage discounts, and the opportunity to obtain medical, vision, and dental insurance and to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings program.
Interviews consist of games, group activities, panel interviews, one-on-one conversations with Topgolf’s venue leadership teams, and more.
