Dry Goods is best known for offering shoppers a curated and ever-changing selection of today’s fashion trends in a beautifully designed store. The developers of The Village of Rochester Hills, Robert B. Aikens and Associates, also recently added Barnes & Noble, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Sephora, and more.

“Dry Goods represents fun and fashion. We are thrilled to offer customers another new and unique store,” says Margaux Keusch, senior leasing director for The Village of Rochester Hills. “Further enhancing the dynamic and specialty retail lineup at The Village of Rochester Hills, there has never been a better time to shop the outdoor lifestyle center.”

Owned by Von Maur Inc., Dry Goods opened its first brick and mortar store in Aurora, Ill. in 2010. Since then, it has grown to more than 65 retail locations across 18 states.

“We are pleased to expand our presence within Michigan and look forward to joining a great mix of retailers at The Village of Rochester Hills,” says Lindsay Caltagirone, vice president of Dry Goods. “We are confident that area shoppers will appreciate our beautiful store, exciting merchandise, and excellent customer service.”

Dry Goods features leading brands in contemporary women’s fashion, including apparel, accessories, shoes, and gifts.

The Village of Rochester Hills was developed in 2002 and offers 375,000 square feet of shopping.
