Troy-based automotive dealer The Suburban Collection has acquired a Toyota dealership on Grand River Avenue in Farmington Hills.
The dealership, located at 35200 Grand River Ave. near Drake Road, was acquired from Grand Blanc-based Serra Automotive. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The Suburban Collection currently sells and services 35 automotive brands at 48 locations, most of which are in southeastern Michigan. Established in 1948, the company currently employs 2,500 people in the state.
Other local dealerships owned by the Suburban Collection in Farmington Hills and Novi include: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, Acura, Porsche, Audi, and Infiniti.
