Texas Accounting Firm Riveron Acquires Birmingham’s Conway MacKenzie

Conway MacKenzie, a longtime Birmingham-based turnaround, restructuring, and operational improvement firm, has been acquired by Riveron, a national business advisory firm specializing in accounting, finance, and operations headquartered in Dallas. Conway MacKenzie, a longtime Birmingham-based turnaround, restructuring, and operational improvement firm, has been acquired by Riveron, a national business advisory firm specializing in accounting, finance, and operations headquartered in Dallas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the addition of Conway MacKenzie, the combined company will have more than 500 employees in 13 offices across the nation and offer a full suite of services spanning mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, performance improvement, technology enablement, and finance operations, for both healthy and distressed environments.

As part of Riveron, Conway MacKenzie will continue to go to market under its long-standing Conway MacKenzie brand.
