The Troy-based Suburban Collection of automotive dealerships this week debuted its redesigned and expanded Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, located at 40475 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township.
The dealership was expanded to more than 80,000 square feet and brings a range of new features and amenities, including the introduction of new customer electronic interaction technology with a touch screen monitor that allows a customer to build their own car deal on an iPad either with a salesperson or on their own.
Designed in part by Cadillac brand vehicle designers, the dealership features new Cadillac corporate identity “boneline” exterior architecture and a “top-tier luxury retail experience interior” — from finishes to lighting to furniture.
“We’ve elevated the Cadillac luxury experience to another level,” says David Fischer Jr., group vice president of the Suburban Collection. “We look forward to presenting the new dealership and all it offers to our customers. It truly is a world-class facility.”
Other new dealership features include:
- Enlarged showroom with 13 vehicles on display.
- New car delivery suites.
- Enhanced customer lounge and refreshment center.
- EV charging stations in and around the facility
- 40-bay service department.
