REDICO in Southfield, a national, full-service real estate company, has acquired One North Main, a Class A office building in downtown Ann Arbor.

Located at the corner of Main Street and East Huron, just blocks away from the central campus of the University of Michigan, One North Main is the largest Class A office building in the downtown Ann Arbor area.

The 115,000-square-foot structure offers first-floor retail, eight floors of office space, and adjacent covered parking.

The building is within walking distance to many of downtown Ann Arbor’s dining and retail establishments. As both the owner and operator of the property, REDICO oversees leasing and property management services.

REDICO currently is updating One North Main’s first-floor common areas, elevators, and many office spaces. The company expects to complete the renovation by this summer.

“The acquisition of One North Main confirms our interest in expanding our presence in Ann Arbor,” says Dale Watchowski, president and CEO of REDICO. “The newly restored office space gives tenants access to Class A amenities and luxury design all while surrounded by the spirit of a vibrant college town.”

The organization first entered the Ann Arbor community with the development of Hoover + Greene, a 167-unit multi-family development located at 950 Greene St. This will be followed by Avis Farms South, a 156-acre mixed-use development located off State Street and Textile Road.
