Southfield’s Ciena Healthcare Opens $32M Regency at Troy for Seniors

Ciena Healthcare in Southfield, a manager and operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Michigan, has opened its newest center, a “health care resort for seniors,” in Troy.

The 154-bed facility, called Regency at Troy and located at 2685 West Maple Rd. (east of Coolidge), is a health care resort designed to offer personalized care for seniors in an upscale environment for individuals in need of short-term sub-acute rehabilitation services and long-term care.

Regency at Troy, a 95,182-square-foot facility, is Ciena Healthcare’s 47th location in Michigan. Built at a cost of approximately $32 million, Regency at Troy will employ more than 200 people in both full-time and part-time positions.
