Southfield’s BullsEye Telecom, a global provider of multi-location communications solutions, has acquired Bandwave Systems, a broadband solutions company in New Jersey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Today marks a significant step for BullsEye as we continue to accelerate our growth and our continued commitment to our partners and clients,” says Tom Tisko, president and CEO at BullsEye.

The acquisition expands BullsEye’s scale and breadth of broadband expertise and market share. Bandwave clients will now have access to a broader range of services and capabilities from BullsEye.

BullsEye provides communications, networks, and technologies to business locations across the U.S. It has been in business for more than 20 years.

Bandwave is a global provider of broadband solutions. It brings single source wide area network (WAN) management to multi-site enterprises. It was founded in 2000.
