A global digital solutions firm in Southfield has acquired a Brazilian advertising agency to expand its international footprint and product offerings.
Stefanini Group, with locations in 41 countries across the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia, has added Brazil’s W3haus advertising agency to its portfolio of companies.
W3haus was founded 20 years ago in Porto Alegre., Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It has operations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Curitiba. Its clients include Ambev, Bauducco, O Boticário, HBO, Panvel, Petrobras, Santander and Tramontina, among others.

Focused on solving clients’ strategic problems by creating platforms for conversation, experience, and content, W3haus will join Stefanini’s digital marketing hub, which includes the Brazilian consultancies Gauge and Inspiring, and Infinit of Romania.
