The Somerset Collection in Troy has repositioned its website as an international fashion hub, providing everything from videos of runway shows to a blog detailing insider industry news.
“Somerset Collection is where the world’s leading brands and retailers introduce the newest trends to the Michigan and Midwest markets, so we thought what better place than our website to show-off their runways and stories,” says Nathan Forbes, managing partner of The Forbes Co. in Southfield, which owns and manages the Somerset Collection.
Forbes says the blog will provide visitors with exclusive news coming out of the fashion industry including new designer lines, brand campaigns, and A-list fashion sightings.
What’s more, the relaunched website, thesomersetcollection.com, also introduces the luxury shopping center’s latest promotion: “The Perfect 10,” which rotates on a monthly basis.
When customers purchase an item from participating retailers (the ginger body scrub at Origins and the Getaway quilted vest at Lilly Pulitzer both made the November cut), they’re eligible to receive a $10 gift card.
“This website is all about our guests,” Forbes says. “We are giving them insight and access to the latest in fashion and retail globally, and then offering gift cards to enjoy the products right here at the Somerset Collection.”
